About Sell Internal Tools to AI

The people behind this site read app-builder contracts and the trade secret statutes through their own document reader, keep the text of every document they quote, and answer each enquiry themselves.

Why we built this

Internal tools hold how a company actually runs, which is what training buyers now ask for, yet the rights over them are split between the builder's contract, the people who wrote them and the trade secret rules. This site puts those side by side before anyone names a price.

Meant for

Founders, operations leads and finance directors at companies that built years of internal tools, and the advisers handling a sale or shutdown, who want to know whether those tools and their data can be licensed.

Inside this site

Start with the quote form: it answers one question, "sell internal tools to ai", on the page, with no account needed. Next come 5 guides on nearby questions. Then the data (figures, and how they were made) and the sources, every one linked.

Where it stops

  • We do not rank or recommend app builders; each row is the builder's own sentence and our reading of it.
  • We do not take logins, exports or customer tables through the form.
  • We never pass an enquiry to a builder named on the board.

Accountability

Joseph Ellul-Turner, Director.

Get in touch

For anything about the site, see Contact or email enquiries@sellinternaltoolstoai.com. Our Terms and Privacy pages set out the legal detail.

No app builder or buyer pays to appear on this site, and there are no affiliate links. Each answer is our reading of the published document, not legal advice on your contract. Our fee: if a company licenses or sells its tools or data to a buyer we introduced, it pays us 12.5% of the deal when we act as its exclusive agent, or about 10% when its data joins a bundle or the pool, agreed in writing first; any fee a buyer pays us is credited back to the company.
